When will I be paid? - The earning period runs from Monday – Sunday. Direct Deposits are made weekly after your first direct deposit. - Jobble deducts the 60 cent per order administrative cost and displays your actual earnings in the Jobble app on Monday. - You can view your previous week's actual earnings in the Jobble app by clicking on the $$ symbol every Monday. - Jobble guarantees your direct deposit by Friday. - There is a 2 week period before your initial direct deposit is made. All deposits arrive weekly thereafter. See example. *Example: 1st Earning Period 1/7/19-1/13/19 appears in Jobble Monday 1/14/19 and Direct Deposit is Friday 1/25/19. Next Direct Deposit: 2/1/19.
I can’t find the customer’s house - Contact the customer by giving them a call or shooting them a text. Be sure to leave a message if they do not answer. - Ask dispatch to check the customer’s order history to see if they’ve included better delivery instructions on a previous order. - Await instruction from dispatch or management.
My customer isn’t available - Call and text the customer at least 3 times to see if they are available, sometimes they cannot hear the doorbell. - Send dispatch a message in Driver Logic. - After waiting 10 minutes past quoted delivery time (example: if you arrive at 5:00, but the order is due at 5:10, please wait until 5:20 before proceeding with the following protocol) If you have not reached the customer 10 minutes after their quoted delivery time please tie their bags closed and set them in a secure location. - Text the customer to inform them where it was left, take a picture of the bags, include the order number and email a copy to email@example.com and Albany@myorangecrate.com Be sure to let dispatch know the protocol you followed.
My app doesn’t show my reports - Driver Logic Reports are cleared every Monday at 12 a.m. PST. - Courier orders are never reflected in Driver Logic 'reports' and will only appear in your Jobble statement on Monday. - If you need to see your reports from the past please send an email to Albany@myorangecrate.com with your full name, location, and the dates you are requesting.
I got paid less than what my app stated - Your Driver Logic app 'reports' does not reflect your actual earnings until the 60 cent Jobble fee is deducted from your orders. - If your Jobble statement displays higher earnings than your Driver Logic app, you have earned a commission on E-store items, a bonus or, marketing credit. - If something still doesn’t seem right, send an email over to Albany@myorangecrate.com.
Dispatch isn’t responding in chat - Please have patience, our dispatchers handle multiple locations and drivers at once. - If this is an emergency please ask dispatch to give you a call via Driver Logic chat.
My credit card isn’t working - Please wait 5 minutes, and give the card another try. - If the problem persists, message dispatch via Chat in your Driver Logic app. They will have a card photo sent over for manual entry or assign your order to another driver. - Use our New Card Request Form to order a replacement. You’ll also want to drop all shifts until your new card arrives in the mail. Restaurant is closed / doesn’t have an item - Please send a message to dispatch via the Chat tab in Driver Logic. They will reach out to the customer on your behalf.
